The Mlale Community Development Training Institute of Songea is a unique community of students and staff dedicated to bringing out the best in all its members. Our aim is to provide the best possible environment for teaching, learning research and public services, We will continue to ensure that your years at this Institute will be filled with excitement and experiences that you can treasure for a lifetime. We also recognise that the quality of student experiences derives from more than academic study. That is why the Institute encourages students to join and actively participate in activities of the Students.

To ensure that the Education we offer prepares the Boys and Girls in Good Conduct to be accepted in Society and Enable them to join all Level of Higher Education and Being Independent and Patriotic Citizens of the Nation.
